Country Gospel Music Association
The Country Gospel Music Association was founded by Billy Hale in the early 1990's when God told him to be kind to His artists. The association, with international headquarters located in Branson, MO, has nearly 4,000 members worldwide.

At the present time, the divisions include Western, Central, and Eastern United States, Canada, Australia, and The Phillippines.

Annual conferences are held in each region every year with the year culminating in Branson with an international conference in the third week of October. The conferences are designed for worship, to help the artists network together, to teach varied aspects of the country gospel music ministry, and to give awards to be used as a springboard for ministry.

CGMA is a ministry-based rather than industry-based organization, interested in helping artists use their talent to further the Kingdom of God and be a blessing in local venues.
